This level builds actively on the clean slate opened at level XIX. The order matters: forgiveness sets down the weight, and gratitude determines what is put in the space that opens.
Gratitude here is treated not as a form of politeness but as a form of attention — the habit of seeing what is already present. The lessening of complaint follows naturally from that attention; it is not a separate goal to be worked at.
This is the final level of the GrandMaster series. It is best used in daily practice, preferably at the end of the day.
Prerequisite
You are expected to have been working actively as a Reiki Master for at least six months. The levels are taken in sequence.
