Which Reiki course is right for me?
Where to start among 58 different energy systems — the order, the prerequisites, and what to weigh up when choosing.

There are many systems in the catalogue and that can look confusing at first. The good news: the starting point is the same for everyone.
If you have never taken Reiki
The place to begin is Usui Reiki I. Starting with another system is not possible, because every other system is built on this foundation.
I suggest taking Reiki I, practising for a while, and then moving on to Reiki II. How long you wait is personal; there is nothing to gain by rushing.
If you have completed the Usui chain
Once you hold the Master/Teacher degree you can move on to the advanced systems. From here the choice depends entirely on what draws you — there is no required order.
Karuna Ki and Sekhem (Seichim) are generally considered the most natural continuation after Usui. Kundalini Reiki follows a different path and is complete in itself.
If you are coming for a specific area
Some systems focus on particular themes: abundance and material flow, protection and clearing, or intuition and the psychic senses.
These do not replace Usui; they are added on top of it. Foundation first, speciality second.
If you are unsure
You can choose the free intro chat on the booking page. In 30 minutes we talk about where you are and work out the right path together. You are not obliged to buy anything in that conversation.
Reiki and energy work are complementary practices. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or medication. Please consult your doctor for health concerns. Experiences vary from person to person.
