2. What you are buying

The service is the sending of a distance attunement for your chosen energy system at the agreed date and time, together with the accompanying course handbook and your certificate of attendance, delivered by email.

No physical goods are involved; everything is provided electronically and at a distance. No special software or internet connection is needed to take part.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) on each course page. The price shown is the total; no service charge is added.

Payment is taken by card on Stripe's hosted, secure payment page. Your card details are never entered on sifareiki.com and are not stored by us.

If you are paying from outside the UK you may see and pay the amount in your own currency. The exchange rate and any conversion margin in that case are set by the payment provider.

4. When the contract is formed

The contract is formed when payment completes successfully. At that moment your booking is confirmed and a confirmation email with a calendar invitation is sent to you.

If payment does not complete, no booking is created and the time you selected is released back to the calendar.

5. Right to cancel (cooling-off)

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for services.

However, when booking you expressly request that the attunement be performed at the date and time you have chosen, and you acknowledge that once it has been performed your right to cancel ends. This consent is taken with a separate tick box before payment.

Accordingly: once the attunement has taken place the right to cancel no longer applies. Before it takes place, the cancellation terms below apply.

6. Cancellations and refunds

More than 24 hours before your session: you can cancel using the link in your confirmation email. You receive a full refund.

Less than 24 hours before your session: the booking can no longer be cancelled from the link. Please email me instead — I will listen, and where I can I will move the session to another date. This is goodwill rather than an entitlement.

After the attunement has taken place: the service has been performed, so no refund is due.

If the session does not happen for a reason on my side: you may either choose a new date or receive a full refund. The choice is yours.

Refunds are made to the original card by the original method. Depending on your bank this usually takes 5–10 working days to appear.

7. Rescheduling

More than 24 hours before your session you can move your booking to another time, free of charge, using the link in your confirmation email. No additional payment is taken for rescheduling.

8. Nature of the service

Reiki and energy work are complementary practices. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or medication, and no particular health outcome is promised.

If you have a health concern, please see your doctor and do not stop any treatment you have been prescribed.

9. Disputes

If something goes wrong, please write to me first — I don't believe there is much that can't be sorted out.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved is governed by the law of England and Wales. As a consumer you do not lose the protection of any mandatory consumer rights in your own country.
