What happens next

1Pick a date and time that suits you — times are shown in your own time zone.
2If you paid by card, your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through. If you sent a request without payment, I usually confirm it within 24 hours.
3Your confirmation comes with a calendar invitation you can add to your calendar.
4Your course handbook arrives by email the day before your session. Please read it before your attunement — knowing what to expect makes the experience far more conscious.
5At your chosen time I send the attunement remotely — you simply rest somewhere quiet.
6Your certificate is issued in your name; you download it as a PDF from the link in your email.

At the time of your attunement

The only place you need to be is a quiet room where you won't be disturbed.

Set aside 30–45 minutes around your chosen time. Turn your phone off and ask others not to disturb you.
Sit or lie down comfortably and close your eyes. Soft music is fine if you like it.
Say, silently or aloud, “I am ready to receive the [course name] attunement sent to me by Yücel Durmaz,” then simply relax.
Most attunements take 20–30 minutes. You may feel warmth, a light breeze or tingling — or nothing at all. It happens either way.
Afterwards get up slowly, drink plenty of water and take it easy for the rest of the day.
