Prerequisite
No prerequisite — if you feel ready, you may take it.
It is not unusual to have sleep troubles from time to time. However, if you feel that you do not get enough sleep or satisfying sleep, you may have insomnia, a sleep disorder. People with insomnia have one or more of the following:
- difficulty falling asleep
- waking up often during the night and having trouble going back to sleep
- waking up too early in the morning
- unrefreshing sleep Insomnia can cause problems during the day, such as sleepiness, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and irritability. Insomnia is not defined by the number of hours you sleep every night.
The amount of sleep a person needs varies. While most people need between 7 and 8 hours of sleep a night, some people do well with less, and some need more.
There are 3 attunements (levels 1, 2 and Master/Teacher). All three are given together in one session; you do not book three separate dates.
After the level one attunement you will be able to start working with the energy, perform self healing and heal other people in person.
After the level two attunement you will be able to send a distance healing session.
After the master/teacher level attunement you will be able to attune others to a Light Dream 1-2-3 and became a Master Teacher of this energy healing system.
