Gold Reiki is a system built on top of the Kundalini Reiki series. By its own account the Golden Light is the most powerful transmutation light in the physical universe, turning fear and darkness into light and joy.
The prerequisite is explicit: to receive Gold Reiki you must already have received Kundalini Reiki 1, 2 and 3. Its frequency is held to be higher than Kundalini Reiki's, while the way it is used is largely the same — which makes it easy to learn for anyone who already knows Kundalini Reiki.
You can use Gold Reiki the way you use Reiki: on its own or together with other energies. You can send it at a distance, and direct it to matters you want light on, to emotional wounds, to the subconscious and to your goals.
The system has three stages, but the attunement is sent once: all three levels are contained in a single attunement. The recipient then opens them over the following days, five days apart, beginning with the first. The manual likens it to being given a whole apple, dividing it in three and eating each part five days apart.
For the days after the attunement the manual offers plain advice: drink plenty of water, give yourself a daily session for a few days, eat well and sleep enough. Warmth, a shiver, seeing colours, or feeling nothing at all — all are considered ordinary during an attunement.
Once the three levels are complete, a twenty-one day practice follows. Each day, for ten to fifteen minutes, a set intention is repeated three times. The manual also shows how to combine this with Kundalini so that both systems run together.
Crystals, trees and other objects can be attuned as channels for Gold Reiki energy; a short method is given for this.
After receiving the attunements you can attune others to Gold Reiki. The manual sets out both the in-person and the distant method step by step, from preparing the space to closing the attunement, and includes the briefing text to send a distant recipient beforehand.
The course includes a PDF manual, the attunement for all three levels, a certificate and email support.
