The level XV symbol is called The Great Way. It aims to develop wisdom, spiritual love and compassion allowing you through this practice to find a more meaningful and enriched way of life.

No prerequisite — if you feel ready, you may take it.
The symbol of this level is Dai Michi — the Great Way. It is written in Japanese kanji and carries its own name. The symbol was given to Roberta Rianad by her spiritual guides.
It takes its name from the Buddhist teaching of the Great Way. Three things stand at the centre of that teaching: the cultivation of wisdom, of spiritual love, and of compassion. What sets it apart is that it weighs the intention behind an action rather than the outward behaviour.
The handbook's real emphasis is on developing your own gifts. The parable of the talents in Matthew 25 is read from here: everything entrusted to a person is given so that they may live a fruitful life. Fruitful here does not mean financial gain — it means carrying life on meaningfully, living an enriched existence.
It is used while you are looking for your path, or when you want to learn how to walk it directly without falling into its traps. With the attunement you learn this level's meditation; the handbook contains the symbol, the meditation, the attunement ritual and the symbol codes.

Prerequisite
You are expected to have been working actively as a Reiki Master for at least six months, and the levels are taken in sequence. This is a guideline rather than a gate — it is what works for most people.
Some students arrive ready by another route, through years of their own practice, even without having taken these particular systems. If you feel ready, you may go ahead; the decision is yours.
One thing said plainly: an attunement opens as far as the ground beneath it allows. If that ground is not settled yet, the level is still given, but you may not see the response you hoped for straight away. That is not a failure, only timing — a level taken early usually waits for you and settles into place once you are ready.

Reiki GrandMaster IX
The level IX symbol is called The Great Happiness which aims to assist you in finding true happiness in life. Happiness means to love and accept yourself and others unconditionally.
