After the attunement
You receive an email when the attunement has been sent and another when your certificate is ready. Then, for twenty-one days, you give yourself Reiki daily; what to do is set out step by step in the handbook and in the article below. Please note
On the night before you receive a Reiki attunement, do not drink alcohol; keep your evening meal light and, if you can, avoid red meat.
In this stage, the students adapt to the third stage energies and the usage of the master symbol is taught. The Master symbol is for opening up to higher energies and strengthen those energies. It provides a wider channel for higher energies. This symbol is a very powerful force of vibration, higher energies are chaneled during the initiation process. It may be used in meditation and personal development. The focus of this symbol is the healing of the soul. Many people participate in this stage not to become masters, but to learn more advanced techniques of healing practices.
